Terms of Service.

CarMarketplace provides a marketplace for vehicle sales, rentals, and parts listings. Users are responsible for the accuracy of listings, complying with applicable laws, and completing their own inspection, title, registration, payment, tax, and insurance obligations.

Do not post misleading, unlawful, unsafe, infringing, or fraudulent content. We may remove listings, restrict accounts, or cooperate with authorities when needed to protect users and the service.

Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, CarMarketplace is not a party to transactions between users and does not guarantee vehicle condition, ownership, availability, financing, payment, delivery, or rental performance.

These starter terms should be reviewed by legal counsel before launch, especially before enabling payments, financing, insurance, delivery, or dealer onboarding.
